Tenuta Kyrìos is a refined agritourism in the heart of the SALENTO region.
It was born from the desire of the Palano family to transform and give new life to old farm buildings.
Once a place of work and a warehouse for raw agricultural products, La Tenuta has been restored with the aim of preserving its rural nature without giving up the comfort and relaxation of excellent modern hospitality.
Situated in a strategic point from which it is easy to reach both the Adriatic coast (about 5 km away) and the Ionian coast of Salento, the Estate has been skilfully transformed into a receptive structure with a strong bond with the territory and the landscape in which it is located.
The family atmosphere and the genuine hospitality of the owners will make you fall in love with SALENTO and its ancient traditions.
THE PALANO FAMILY
The creator of this recovery is the Palano family, which since 1925 has handed down from generation to generation the passion for this wonderful land and its main product: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
From our grandfather, lu Nino de li Santi, through our father Salvatore and our mother Amalia, to Mauro Biagio and Federica, and on to the youngest members of the family, Flavio and Fiammetta.
A long history made of love and dedication, just like our father Salvatore, tireless worker and dreamer always curious and ready for new entrepreneurial adventures: we owe to him the new adventures with Masseria Baronali first and Tenuta Kyrios more recently.

John W. ColesPeccato,perché la masseria di per se è bellissima…ma non è gestita da professionisti. Siamo stati due notti. La camera era ok, pulita e spaziosa. La cosa che ci ha veramente lasciati perplessi e’ la gestione del ristorante - imbarazzante. Un solo cameriere per 12/15 tavoli. Non ce la faceva poverino! Abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora per ordinare e poi mezz’ora per mangiare. Il cibo era di una qualità pessima; porzioni piccole e prezzi da stella michelin - ma senza uno straccio di qualità. Il purè di fave (un piatto tipico pugliese) non sapeva neanche di fave! Lo so sembra assurdo ma è la verità. Forse è stata la prima volta che ho mangiato male in puglia. E poi, tornando a quel povero cameriere che correva a destra e manca: abbiamo chiesto acqua frizzante e l ha portata naturale, ho chiesto un cucchiaio 3 volte e ancora lo sto aspettando. Alla fine ho mangiato la mia zuppa con la forchetta e il pane. Il proprietario sta lì, tutto vestito carino ma non si sporca le mani per aiutare e non si accorge di cosa succede. State attenti alle reviews positive: sono della gestione precedente! Un consiglio ai nuovi proprietari: vendete la masseria prima di rovinarne la reputazione! E una masseria bellissima, sono certo che troverete un acquirente. Non ci si può improvvisare ristoratori e albergatori. Scusate, questa è la mia prima review negativa. Di solito le lascio solo se sono buone, ma questa masseria lo meritava purtroppo.

Laura LazzariA very relaxing place in the middle of the beautiful countryside in Salento. We particularly liked the silence and calm of the place which also offers a good selection of plates for dinner (we didn't try it though). The room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing with cakes, fruits and savoury local produce. I definitely recommend staying here while you are in Salento!
